Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at help@purestparfums.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. We do not refund shipping fees, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Please note that if you open the perfume and use it, you cannot return it and get a refund. The product must be unopened and unused.
